The elastic fabric

The Grid sec separating layer is used to separate metal coverings and substructures. As a separating layer for ventilated and non-ventilated constructions of all metal coverings in standing seam technology, Grid sec is suitable for use on pitched roofs and facades in conjunction with a suitable underlay sheet, such as Permo®forte.

Grid sec is the elastic, approx. 8 mm thick fabric without the rainproof sealing film from Permo®SK. It perfectly fulfils the separating function of Permo sec®SK in conjunction with additional sealing sheets, provided they have already been applied on site.

Product advantages:

• To supplement cross-trade construction processes
• Can also be used with an existing non-diffusion-permeable underlay
• Good soundproofing properties
• Very easy to tear by hand
