POROTON® ceiling edge shell for the safe execution of the ceiling support in accordance with Eurocode 6 and Supplement 2 to DIN 4108. Insulation made of Neopor® WLG 032 impact sound insulation to absorb ceiling movements. Surface made of porous 15 mm thick brick shell as a homogeneous and safe plaster base. The ceiling edge shell is glued to the top of the wall with POROTON® Dryfix adhesive or with thin-bed mortar. The butt joints are also glued. In the corner area, the ceiling edge shell is cut at the desired angle and the cut edge is glued. For external wall thicknesses of 42.5 and 49.0 cm, an additional insulation strip is inserted on site.
