Robust installation drill for formwork. The drill and the shaft end are screwed together for a low risk of breakage and optimized smooth operation. The tapered groove and the offset between the drill and the shaft ends prevent jamming even in damp wood, while there is enough strength to cut through nails contained in the wood. Drill with extra long shaft for versatile drilling in multi-layer building materials or sandwich materials, e.g. for the construction trade (formwork) and interior assembly, plumbing work, heating and electrical installation. For formwork, panels, boards, beams, plasterboard, light building materials, insulation and metal, e.g. metal plates, layered materials with steel, aluminum or molded sheet metal. The installation drill is made of HSS (high-speed steel) according to DIN 7490. It has a drill tip with a conical ground surface of 118 degrees.
