The mounting block without approval is particularly suitable for thermal bridge-free, structural fastening of light to medium-weight objects in all Knauf WARM WALL systems and may only be used to absorb compressive forces. The anchors are always in the masonry. Screw connections in the mounting block are not permitted. The mounting blocks are glued to the load-bearing substrate by gluing the insulation boards. Third-party installations are anchored in the masonry by pre-drilling through the plaster coating into the substrate with appropriate screw dowels. May not be used for heavy, statically relevant loads such as awnings, canopies or similar elements where people could be injured in the event of failure.
