Sikaflex®-11 FC+
Elastic 1-component sealant based on polyurethane

Sikaflex®-11 FC+ is an elastic 1-component adhesive and sealant based on polyurethane that hardens to an elastomer when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Properties:
  • 1-component, ready to use
  • Solvent-free, meets EMICODE EC1PLUS R, very low emissions
  • Odorless
  • Flexible and elastic
  • Curing without bubbles
  • Excellent adhesion to common building materials
  • Good mechanical resistance
  • Resistant to ageing and weathering
  • High tear resistance
  • Permissible total deformation 20%
  • Can be sanded
Area of application:
  • Suitable for many applications when grouting and for simple bonding
  • Applications as a sealant:
    • Is used as a sealant for vertical and horizontal joints with low to medium movement absorption in wood and metal construction, air conditioning/ventilation areas, floor joints and many other applications
  • Application as an adhesive:
    • Can be used as a multi-purpose adhesive indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for the easy bonding of door thresholds, skirting boards, baseboards, decorative boards as well as many prefabricated and other elements
