Gecko Hybrid POP 310 ml GRAY adhesive/sealant

No fixing of the parts to be joined necessary,
bonding can be corrected in approx. 20 minutes,
can be painted over "wet on wet",
can be processed under water.
Bonded sheets can be spot welded and powder coated due to their good temperature resistance.

Properties
  • Curing approx. 3.0 mm in 24 hours; approx. 4.5 mm in 48 hours (+23° C / 50% relative humidity)
  • Base 1-component hybrid polyoxypropylene
  • Elongation at break approx. 450% (according to DIN 53504 S2)
  • Density approx. 1.50 g/cm¬≥
  • Shelf life unopened 12 months
  • Skin formation time approx. 5 to 10 minutes in normal climate (+23° C / 50% relative humidity)
  • Storage in a cool, dry place, protect from heat
  • Modulus at 100% approx. 0.8 N/mm¬≤ (according to DIN 53504 S2)
  • Shore A hardness approx. 51 ¬±3
  • Temperature resistant from -40° C to +90° C, briefly (10 min.) up to +200° C when cured
  • Can be processed from +5° C to max. +40° C
  • Tensile strength approx. 2.0 N/mm¬≤ (according to DIN 53504 S2)
Application areas:
  • Sealing and stress-free combination bonding in vehicle, body and container construction
  • Applications in the food industry
  • Vibration-resistant attachment of signs and labels, bonding of insulation materials, natural stone bonding, mirror bonding
  • also very suitable for the installation of photovoltaic systems
