Sikafloor®-416 is a transparent, silky matt, solvent-based, 1-component, moisture-curing polyurethane balcony sealant. Rainproof immediately after application thanks to the innovative MTC technology.

Transparent top sealant on various Sika Premium balcony systems on balconies, arcades and terraces. Protects the colored quartz sand and the color chips from dirt. Use only outdoors.
