SGW weber.tec Superflex D 24

weber.tec Superflex D 24 is a 2-component, fast-setting, bitumen-free thick coating. With general building inspection certificate. Meets the test requirements for PMBC according to DIN EN 15814 Table 1 in classes CB2-R3-W2A-C2A.

For sealing basements in old and new buildings and foundations in contact with the ground. For subsequent sealing on existing anionic bitumen layers. For sealing under screeds, as intermediate sealing of wet rooms, non-occupied balconies. Also for bonding polystyrene rigid foam boards.

Properties:
  • highly flexible, crack bridging at least 2 mm
  • high dry residue > 95%
  • 1.1 mm fresh layer thickness results in approx. 1 mm dry layer
  • quickly rainproof, approx. 1.5 hours with 4 mm layer thickness
  • protective panels can bond after just 4 hours
  • dries within 24 hours regardless of the weather
  • quickly water pressure-tight, 1 bar after 24 hours
  • for all mineral substrates, does not require a plaster layer on masonry
  • can be plastered over, painted over, frost/de-icing salt resistant, UV resistant
  • surface, base, horizontal sealing, levelling filler and bonding bridge in one
  • enables basement and base sealing in one
  • resistant to concrete-attacking water up to the level of "strongly attacking" according to DIN 4030
Application area:
  • for external sealing in contact with the ground
  • for subsequent external sealing
  • particularly for objects that are under time pressure
