PROMPT Fix-Cement
  • Roman cement / natural fast-setting cement ‚Äì a unique natural hydraulic binder which, due to its special properties, has been the first choice for a wide range of applications since 1842: fast fixing work, canal and underwater work, monument preservation and ecological construction
  • As a natural hydraulic binder, PROMPT FIX-CEMENT belongs to the group of highly hydraulic limes, i.e. it is a hydraulic (water-hardening) natural binder with a very short setting time
  • Its fast hardening, high early strength and low shrinkage are just three of its special properties
  • PROMPT FIX-CEMENT complies with the NF P 15-314 standard for natural, fast cements and received European technical approval (ATE) in 2007
  • With the building approval of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBT) No. Z-3.12.1119, its strength is also assured by the authorities
  • PROMPT FIX-CEMENT can easily be mixed with quartz sand or clean, washed-out river sand to form masonry or plaster mortar. With suitable aggregate, a resilient concrete can also be produced
  • PROMPT FIX-ZEMENT combines two products in one:
  • (1) Historical Roman cement: for the restoration of historical buildings and monuments, stone engineering structures and for ecological house building
  • (2) Natural fast-setting cement: due to its extremely high early strength, it is ideal for fast masonry and fastening work as well as for canal and underwater work
  • As a natural fast-setting cement, PROMPT FIX-ZEMENT is used wherever anchoring and fastening must be carried out safely and quickly
  • Load-bearing elements can be permanently and easily attached to floors, walls and ceilings without the need for repairs or damage
