P&T EuroGrout fire protection mortar

EuroGrout fire protection mortar is a ready-to-use dry mix made from high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN197) and naturally round, quartzitic aggregate. Non-flammable according to DIN 4102-4 EN 13501-1 building material class A1 ‚Äì. Grain size 0-1 mm.

Properties:

has a controlled volume and does not shrink
has a plastic consistency and is stable even with larger construction heights
can be loaded around 2 days after filling
is low in chromate in accordance with Directive 2003/53/EC
round quartz aggregates ensure low screw wear when used mechanically
corresponds to mortar group III/M10 and MG III a
is chloride-free

Area of application:

for fire protection mortaring of fire doors, pipe ducts, ventilation ducts and fire dampers
for closing wall openings
for closing joints in prefabricated construction
Fire resistance class F90 is achieved with EuroGrout fire protection mortar (component testing required)
