P&T EuroGrout Plast underfill mortar 04

EuroGrout Plast is a ready-to-use dry mix made from high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN 197), naturally round quartzitic aggregate (EN 12620) and approved concrete admixtures. EuroGrout Plast complies with DIN EN 1504-6.

Properties:

has a controlled volume and is guaranteed not to shrink, thus ensuring the force-fit connection between the load, anchor and foundation
has a plastic consistency and is stable even with greater installation heights
develops high strengths (see strength table)
is building material class A1 according to DIN 4102/EN 13501-1 and is suitable for fire protection mortaring
is low in chromate according to Directive 2003/53/EC and chloride-free
is frost, de-icing salt and sulphate resistant and impermeable to water
approved for use in drinking water areas, W 347

Area of application:

EuroGrout Plast is used to create force-fit connections between the foundation, load and To produce anchors when flowing mortar cannot be used, e.g.:
- for the force-fitting connection of all types of prefabricated parts
- for filling fire wall joints between prefabricated elements
- for the formation of watertight bearing joints between the floor slab and the prefabricated part
- for the production of watertight clamping points in concrete walls
- for under-packing bearing bases for steel structures in plant construction
- for force-fitting mortaring overhead
- for the quick repair of defects in concrete floors
