P&T EuroGrout expanding grout 01

EuroGrout is a ready-to-use dry mix of high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN 197), naturally rounded quartz aggregates (EN 12620) and approved concrete admixtures (approval number 0921-BPR-2009). Tested according to DAfStb guidelines.

Properties:

becomes a highly fluid expanding mortar after the addition of water, which seals concrete cavities in a force-fitting and self-leveling manner
develops high strengths, bearing damage to machines and units is reduced and long downtimes are eliminated, the grouting mortar can be subjected to high loads just 24 hours after pouring (see strength table)
is resistant to frost, de-icing salt, crude oil and derivatives and is impermeable to water
is non-flammable according to DIN 4102/EN 13501-1 fire class A1 and is therefore suitable for fire protection mortaring
is low in chromate according to the directive 2003/53/EC and is approved for use in drinking water applications
has a low water/cement ratio
is suitable for indoor and outdoor use

Area of application:

EuroGrout connects concrete with steel and precast concrete elements to one another, force-fitting, permanently and efficiently, e.g.
- Bases for steel supports, supports for machines or bridge bearings
- Workpieces such as fixators, anchors, pipe penetrations (e.g. in drinking water tanks) or other steel components
- Pouring under tracks and crane rails as a solid roadway
- Connecting precast elements (working, butt and bearing joints)
