Edge insulation strip 100mm wide A1
Edge insulation strip for screeds

Edge insulation strip mineral wool for acoustic decoupling of floating screeds from vertical components
and as a non-combustible edge strip for fire protection requirements.

Properties:

  • Shape and age-resistant
Design:

Mark the finished height of the screed on all vertical components and edge insulation strip with the top edge at least 5 mm higher than the finished height. The edge strips must protrude above the top edge of the screed, at least to the surface of the top covering.
Ensure that there are no gaps. If necessary, arrange 2 strips on top of each other. Tape off joints in the edge insulation strip to avoid creating mortar bridges (sound bridge!).
