The one-component reactive sealant based on cement dispersion can be used for quick base sealing and for sealing components in contact with the ground or as a seal in the negative area.

The one-component reactive sealant HASIT OPTIFLEX 1K is mineral, flexible, crack-bridging, tight and freely structurable.

• As a sealant for the mineral reinforcement layer against ground moisture, non-stagnant and stagnant seepage water, in the ground-contacting and base area
• For bonding base and perimeter insulation panels to substrates
• As a reinforcing compound for embedding HASIT reinforcement fabric in the base area that is not subject to mechanical stress
• As a sealant on concrete in the ground-contacting area in accordance with DIN 18533 of ground-contacting floor slabs and walls in the water stress classes W1.1-E and W1.2-E
• As a sealant in the ground-contacting area on plastered masonry and concrete against pressing water when building in existing buildings
• As a horizontal sealant in and under walls in the ground-contacting area
• As a sealant in the ground-contacting Area according to DIN 18533 waterproof concrete components with a crack width limitation of 0.2 mm in water exposure class W2. Consumption varies depending on the area of application and the required dry layer thickness. HASIT OPTIFLEX REACTIVABDICHTUNG 1K is a system product for sealing HASIT base plasters as well as EPS/PER base and perimeter insulation boards. The seal is suitable in the negative area of the system.
