KG pipe penetrations

The KG pipe penetrations are pressure-water-tight wall or floor penetrations for in-situ concrete, double-wall and precast concrete areas, for the simple and safe connection of KG and HT pipes.

The KG pipe penetrations consist of a stable solid wall pipe material, to which a plug-in sleeve has been molded at both ends. The KG pipe penetrations are made from one piece. There are no adhesive joints. This offers additional security against damage during concreting and against damage at a later date, e.g. due to aging or embrittlement of the adhesive and thus subsequent joint formation and leaks.

A circumferential water barrier is attached to the middle of the KG pipe penetrations, which prevents moisture from penetrating the building. This water barrier consists of a specially developed plastic mixture, which is highly resistant to a variety of media. The water barrier is firmly attached to the pipe surface with a stainless steel tensioning band. Two plastic covers with nail edges are included in the standard delivery as an installation aid within the formwork. The KG pipe penetrations offer watertightness up to a water pressure of 7 bar.
