The load-bearing Schöck Tronsole® types are completed with the Schöck Tronsole® Type L to form an all-round sound insulation system. The sound insulation measure is only effective if all joints between the staircase wall and the stairs (flight and landing) remain free of dirt. All sound insulation values of the Schöck Tronsole® types refer to systems that are designed with Type L in the joint area. Alternatively, a sufficiently wide architectural air gap can also be used. It is important that it is wide enough so that no sound bridges can be created by falling dirt.
