Inspection flap for plasterboard walls/ceilings
Ready to install: filled and sanded

Material:

Aluminum profile connected with galvanized corner connectors
Snap fastener with wire clip
Safety rope with carabiner
Impregnated plasterboard insert

Surface:

The surface of the door leaf is filled and sanded flat. Please treat the door leaf carefully! We recommend impregnating the surface before painting. Please observe the processing instructions for paint/plaster.

Function:

Pressure on the closed door leaf unlocks the lock.
Springs push the unlocked door leaf out of the frame.
The flap can now be opened.

Ceiling installation:

After opening, the door leaf hangs loosely in the frame with the hinge brackets.
To remove, lift the door leaf slightly when it is open, then turn it diagonally and remove it downwards.

Wall installation:

Always install the flap so that the lock is at the top.
Open and remove the flap as for ceiling installation.

Safety:

All flaps are equipped with a safety rope. The safety rope must always be hooked back in after maintenance work!

Painting, plastering:

Please note when applying paint or plaster: The gap between the door leaf and frame must remain absolutely free. Dried paint or plaster residues in the joints prevent the door from functioning properly! Please remove the door leaf before painting and paint it separately!

Installation:

In the packaging you will find a screw set with protective caps and installation instructions.
