To attach the planks, the gliders are first screwed onto the underside of the planks and then onto the substructure from above. This type of attachment avoids a direct connection to the substructure. The decking boards therefore have greater freedom of movement (via the deck glider). We recommend two screws for attaching the decking glider to the plank and two screws for attaching the decking glider to the substructure. For the Mini deck glider, you should use two screws for attaching the Mini deck glider to the plank and one screw for attaching it to the substructure. The deck gliders are suitable for planks from 80 mm to 155 mm and a thickness of 20 to 30 mm.

Each deck glider includes 4 Thermofix screws made of hardened stainless steel. If required, you can purchase slider screws in stainless steel A2 or A4.
