HECO-UNIX-top floorboard screw, raised countersunk head with milling rib, T-Drive

The HECO-UNIX floorboard screw pulls the wooden components together and at the same time fixes them axially via the thread. This not only enables quick and cost-effective assembly, but also reliably prevents annoying creaking of the wooden covering on the screw shaft. Since the loads are transferred through the thread, the head only serves to accommodate a drive and can therefore be made very small. It can be used in the tight assembly area of tongue and groove to save space and does not protrude into the adjacent component. This ensures a precise connection of the profiled wood. In addition to the head and thread, the HECO-TOPIX tip offers another advantage when processing tongue and groove: The patented HECO-TOPIX drill tip reduces the splitting effect, so that it can be used in the thinnest cross-sections with small edge distances.
