HECO-TOPIX-Therm 8.0 x 200, countersunk head with milling pockets, T-Drive

The double-threaded screw HECO-TOPIX-Therm is especially suitable for processing low-strength insulation materials. With its two threads, it enables a spacer screw connection, with the underhead thread fixing the counter batten. Acting forces such as wind suction and pressure loads are absorbed exclusively via the thread in the counter batten and diverted into the rafters. This prevents the counter batten from being pressed into the insulation material. Compared to conventional fastening variants, HECO-TOPIX-Therm offers advantages in processing and material costs. In combination with the HECO-TOPIX-CC, it forms another system for efficient facade and roof insulation. The resulting shear forces are absorbed by means of a shear wood in conjunction with the HECO-TOPIX-CC. This system also requires significantly fewer fastening points than conventional solutions. In addition, the HECO-TOPIX-T is screwed in at an angle of 90° to the roof pitch, which makes processing much easier than other systems.
