The HECO-UNIX has a full thread with a variable pitch
This decreases steadily in the middle area and is smaller in the rear thread area than in the tip area of the screw
Due to the variable thread pitch of the HECO-UNIX, the wooden components are pulled together when screwed in
This enables the use of full thread screws even in wood-wood connections without them having to be pre-tensioned
The work is thus easier and much faster
The full thread also fixes the components axially
This prevents the negative effects of creeping and shrinking of the wood when using partial thread screws
In addition, panel materials are already attached to the substructure before they reach the head support clamped
The head therefore does not have to be sunk too deeply
Tip with milling ribs, for gap-free screwing in with small screw spacing
