The screw anchor MULTI-MONTI®-plus (MMS-plus) is a further development of the Concrete screw MULTI-MONTI®. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a dowel and can be loaded immediately. The concrete screw MULTI-MONTI®-plus can be installed close to the edge and without a torque wrench, is completely removable and can be reused after testing.
