Knauf screw anchor STR U 2G
Screw anchor for fastening WARM WALL systems

Screw anchor for countersunk or flush mounting for KnaufWARM WALL systems. The dowel sleeve is made of high-quality plastic with a predetermined crumple zone.
EPS (white/grey) and mineral wool washers as well as EPS plugs and matching dowel plates are available as accessories.

Properties:
  • Economical dowel lengths due to minimal anchoring depth of 25 mm (aerated concrete 65 mm)
  • Safety due to the highest characteristic loads
  • 100% setting control, non-anchored dowels are immediately detected
  • For flush and countersunk installation
  • Use for EPS, mineral wool, wood fiber and high-performance insulation materials
  • For extra thick insulation materials up to 400 mm
  • Permanent contact pressure
  • Pre-assembled screw for quick installation
Area of application:
  • Is suitable for the statically relevant fastening of insulation materials from the Knauf WARM WALL systems
  • Countersunk installation with washers or flush mounting with plugs is possible
  • The dowel can be combined with dowel plates of 90 mm or 140 mm diameter for flush mounting and with VT 2G for countersunk mounting for mineral wool insulation materials
  • Can be used on all common anchoring surfaces such as concrete, solid and perforated bricks, porous lightweight concrete and aerated concrete (usage categories A, B, C, D and E)
  • Can also be used for weather shells (three-layer panels)
