Via NEVOLIT NEVOLIT is used to create gradients, to level out unevenness and to form wedges, valleys and ridges on solid substrates. It is compatible with almost all substrates and seals. Sealing membranes can be applied to the solidified NEVOLIT layer with a force fit. Loosely laid thermal insulation panels can be laid even if the solidification of the NEVOLIT layer is not yet complete. NEVOLIT is a mixture of foam glass granulate and binder. Solidification takes place with a 1-component PU binder. It does not contain any solvents. NEVOLIT layers have a noticeable thermal insulation capacity. It has a short setting time and, with an adhesion improver (PU binder), develops a good bond on all common construction substrates. The solidification of the NEVOLIT binder is positively influenced by the humidity. NEVOLIT remains dimensionally stable during and after processing and develops high strength. By increasing the amount of binder added, an even more stable structure of the NEVOLIT fill can be achieved.
The following additional settings are possible:
a) Roof details 50 l foam glass granulate + 1.2 l PU binder + 1.2 l water
b) Entire roof 50 l foam glass granulate + 1.5 l PU binder + 1.2 l water
c) Balcony 50 l foam glass granulate + 1.8 l PU binder + 1.2 l water
d) Parking deck 50 l foam glass granulate + 2.4 l PU binder + 1.2 l water
With NEVOLIT, any gradient layers can be created on component surfaces and any unevenness can be compensated for.
