As a customer, you acquire the unrestricted right to use the bottle. Empty gray bottles can be exchanged for full ones throughout Germany and sometimes even abroad. The usage fee includes all costs for testing and maintenance. However, this flat rate will not be refunded if you no longer need the bottle. So if you already have a grey bottle, you will continue to use it.

The purchase price of the bottle will not be refunded if you return it if you no longer need the bottle
