Knauf WDVS joint sealing tape 12m / 3-9mm

Pre-compressed, self-adhesive, side-impregnated joint sealing tape made of polyurethane soft foam
for creating driving rain-tight connections on Knauf WARM-WAND systems.

Properties:
  • Side surfaces impregnated
  • Temperature-resistant -30°C to +90°C
  • Driving rain-tight up to 600 Pa in accordance with DIN 18542
  • Recompressed joint sealing tape
  • Can be installed regardless of temperature
  • Vapour diffusion open
  • Weather-resistant
  • Self-adhesive
Area of use:
    For permanent, secure, driving rain-tight connections of attachments, such as windows and doors, on Knauf WARM-WAND systems. Not suitable for building expansion joints. The side surface impregnation means that a driving rain resistance of up to 600 Pascal is achieved at a compression level of around 60% (fully impregnated tapes require up to 20%). The quick decompression and easy recompression at any time means that the joint sealing tapes can be laid regardless of the temperature.
