The fischer metal frame anchor FM is a special anchor for tension-free and permanent spaced installation of window and door frames as well as squared timbers. It consists of a metal sleeve and a screw made of galvanized steel. The FM is installed in a time-saving push-through installation. When the screw is tightened, the cone is pulled into the anchor sleeve, spreads open and braces itself against the drill hole wall. This guarantees a tensile and pressure-resistant fastening and thus a secure hold in solid and perforated building materials. The FM is tested for fire resistance class R120 and offers safety in fire protection-relevant applications.
