High frequency internal vibrators IVUR and IVURplus

IVUR concrete internal vibrators are a combination of internal vibrator and frequency converter and the ideal solution for professional concrete compaction. They can be connected directly to an AC socket (230 V) with a corresponding upstream RCD circuit breaker (FI).

The electronics of the converter are protected by a casting compound. The electronics also have device protection against overheating. A built-in FI protection protects the operator against earth and short circuits.

The IVURplus models offer a further plus in safety. An integrated protective conductor monitoring system checks - from the socket to the vibrator - whether an intact protective conductor (earthing) is present. Protection against fault current, short circuits and earth faults provides additional protection.
In terms of flexibility, the IVURplus models offer convincing advantages: internal vibrators and frequency converters can be separated using plug and screw connections. IVURplus high-frequency internal vibrators are available in two versions: with a 5-meter-long protective hose or as a ceiling vibrator with a 0.8-meter-long protective hose and handle (IVURplus D).
