fermacell screed elements are a dry subfloor system with which you can create high-quality floor structures in a particularly efficient way. The elements consist of two 10 mm thick fermacell gypsum fibre boards bonded together. The two boards are offset against each other to create a 50 mm wide stepped rebate.
