The FDBB diamond drill rig fastener is a reusable system for anchoring diamond drill rigs. The anchoring of diamond drill rigs poses special challenges: fast assembly and disassembly, absorption of high transverse loads - even when the drill bit comes to a sudden standstill. The FDBB consists of a clamping nut, the reusable spindle bolt and the expansion element, which remains in the drill hole after disassembly. The large steel cross-section ensures that the anchoring system can withstand high shear forces. The detachable screw connection between the expansion element and spindle makes it easy to remove the spindle bolt. The robust, reusable spindle bolt also ensures a long service life.
