The fischer F 10 M metal frame plug is a special plug for stress-free spacer fixing of window and door frames. It consists of a metal sleeve and a countersunk screw made of galvanised steel. The F 10 M is installed in a time-saving push-through installation. When the screw is tightened, the cone is pulled into the dowel sleeve, expands and braces itself against the wall of the drilled hole. As a result, the window frame is fixed without tension in solid and perforated building materials. In addition to fixing window and door frames, the fischer F 10 M metal frame plug is also suitable for squared timber.
