PITTSEAL® 444 N Sealing compound
  • PITTSEAL® 444N is a permanently elastic one-component butyl-based sealant that does not harden, but rather forms a soft skin after 1 to 3 hours
  • PITTSEAL® 444N adheres to FOAMGLAS® insulation and many other surfaces such as steel, concrete, wood, etc.
  • In building construction applications, PITTSEAL® 444N is used to seal connection joints between FOAMGLAS® slabs, blocks or boards: wall-ceiling, wall-floor and wall-wall connections
  • In industrial applications, PITTSEAL® 444N is used to seal joints between FOAMGLAS® sheets or pipe insulation and to seal dents and cracks in metal sheathing
  • It is also used as a sliding layer in expansion/contraction joints and as a sealant behind FOAMGLAS® insulation on pipework and machinery
  • PITTSEAL® 444N adheres easily to FOAMGLAS® insulation and many other surfaces such as steel, concrete, wood, etc.
