The ISOVER Akustic EP 5 screed insulation board is a robust and elastic rock wool board with very good impact sound insulation under floating mortar and flowing screeds. The insulation board is particularly suitable for heated screeds, screeds with ceramic coverings and under screeds to be levelled by machine. Impact sound insulation with Akustic EP 5 is primarily used in living rooms, offices and corridors with traffic loads of up to 5.0 kPa.
