  • ""Dry"" hollow floor system made of high-strength GIFAfloor gypsum fibre elements on hollow floor supports
  • The GIFAfloor FHB hollow floor system is ideal for particularly fast construction
  • The high-strength gypsum fibre elements, designed as a single-layer or double-layer base layer, are mounted directly onto the support elements and bonded together
  • Very high cavities of up to 119 cm are possible (depending on the support)
  • Depending on the design, requirements up to load class 12.5 are met
  • The installation is accessible at all times thanks to the immediate or later combination with Knauf Integral GIFAfloor DB, for example in corridors or as an installation route
  • Electrical outlets, outlets and inspection openings can also be retrofitted at any point in the floor for maintenance or after-supply of the underfloor cable network
  • It goes without saying that drywalls can be installed on the GIFAfloor FHB
  • The structural design of the F181 system consists of 600 x 1200 mm GIFAfloor FHB gypsum fibre elements laid in a single layer on steel supports
  • The elements are laid in a staggered pattern and, with their smooth, sanded surface, are ready for almost any surface covering overnight
  • They have standard thicknesses of 25, 28, 32 and 38 mm and are equipped with a tongue and groove edge
  • The individually adjustable supports are usually glued to the unfinished floor in a grid of 600 x 600 mm
  • The single-layer GIFAfloor hollow flooring is particularly suitable for rooms with a lot of wastage and small spaces
  • Preference is given to ""dry"" Hollow floors are preferred in office and administration buildings where construction sites are scheduled or very high loads are applied
  • They are also frequently used in IT centres, training and research rooms as well as in workshops and production rooms
  • With the appropriate design, sound, thermal and fire protection requirements can be met
  • It is also possible to ventilate, heat or cool the building via a "dry" hollow floor system
