The mounting block without approval is particularly suitable for thermal bridge-free, structural fixing of light to medium-heavy objects in all Knauf WARM-WAND systems and may only be used to absorb compressive forces. Anchoring is always carried out in the masonry. The mounting blocks are force-fitted to the load-bearing substrate when the insulation boards are bonded. External installations are anchored in the masonry by pre-drilling through the plaster coating into the substrate using appropriate screw anchors. Must not be used for heavy, statically relevant loads such as awnings, canopies or similar elements where people could be injured in the event of failure.
