MASTERTUBE injection hose for sealing construction joints
When sealing concrete construction joints, high demands are placed on the sealing technology. The MASTERTUBE injection hose ensures that horizontal and vertical concrete construction joints can be reliably and permanently sealed against pressurised and non-pressurised water.
The MASTERTUBE injection hose is a perforated inner PVC plastic hose which is braided with a monofilament fabric. The monofilament fabric protects the hose from the penetration of cement slurry and from mechanical damage. The injection hose can be used both as a primary and secondary seal. Thanks to its shape and structure, the hose profile ensures particularly secure and even filling of the concrete construction joints with the appropriate grouting agents and thus a permanent and secure seal against liquids and gases. The MASTERTUBE injection hose can be injected once with PUR resins and multiple times with acrylates.
Application
The sealing of construction joints in in-situ concrete structures in groundwater areas are typical applications for the MASTERTUBE injection hose. Installed in concrete construction joints and subsequently injected with suitable injection material, a durable and secure seal is created.
