MULTI-MONTI TC, MMS-TC TimberConnect, T-Drive

The innovative MULTI-MONTI-TimberConnect (MMS-TC) sleeper anchor combines the patented MULTI-MONTI concrete thread with a HECO timber thread. The MMS-TC therefore ensures simple and secure fastening of timber components to solid masonry and concrete as well as sleepers to concrete. The sleeper anchor has all the advantages of the concrete thread: no torque control, small edge distances and no curing times. It also gives the installer a special advantage, as the small head of the MMS-TC can be countersunk into the wood. This means that one screw anchor is sufficient for all wood thicknesses. The MMS-TC is screwed together mechanically in push-through installation using a setting tool. The unique combination of different design concepts allows significantly higher tensile and shear loads. In addition, the transferable tensile and shear loads are not dependent on the thickness of the fixture.
