The MULTI-MONTI®-plus (MMS-plus) screw anchor is a further development of the MULTI-MONTI® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without an anchor and can be loaded immediately. The MULTI-MONTI®-plus concrete screw can be used close to the edge and without a torque spanner, is completely removable and can be reused after testing.
