plexus®
PLEXUS® is a prefabricated reverse bending connection for simple and secure connections of reinforced concrete components in different construction phases. Walls, ceilings, brackets or staircases are reliably connected to each other retrospectively. The surface quality of the storage box is categorised as "smooth" in accordance with the DBV information sheet "Rebending of reinforcing steel and requirements for storage boxes".

The PLEXUS® reinforcement connections are type-tested. They fulfil the requirements in accordance with DIN EN 1992-1-1 with NA(D), Eurocode 2 and the DBV leaflet "Rebending of reinforcing steel and requirements for storage boxes in accordance with Eurocode 2" of the German Concrete and Construction Technology Association E.V., version January 2011. The anchorage lengths are determined in accordance with DIN 1045-1:2008-08, para. 12.3.2. Building authority approval is not required.

- Bending roll diameter 6ds according to standard
- Curvature range of the connecting bars within the storage box
- Transverse hooks on individual bars for easier threading of the reinforcement
- Galvanised storage box can remain in the concrete
- End faces sealed with wood, therefore particularly stable
- Plastic lid reduces weight, makes demoulding easier and minimises the risk of injury
- No plastic residue remains in the concrete

BST550 rebendable structural steel approved for Austria and BST500 approved for Germany. Versions with special structural steel for other European countries possible. Overlap length lü: acc. to DIN1045: acc. to ÖNORM B4200: for Ø 8mm: 32cm 29cm for Ø 10mm: 39cm 36cm for Ø 12mm: 46cm 42cm Due to production and installation, the dimensions "h" and "lü" may deviate by 10 to 20 mm.
