NATURinFORM WPC 2.0 base profile

The WPC 2.0 base profile was specially developed at the customer's request
Thanks to its optimised geometry, it can be processed more efficiently and, thanks to manual reinforcement, enables the compensation of point loads - not only when using WPC but also wooden decking boards
The previous span of 60 cm can be increased to 100 cm by inserting the new aluminium profile reinforcement - this saves on the number of support points, such as decking feet, and therefore also on costs
The new profile enables concealed fastening with clips
In combination with the profile reinforcement, wooden decking boards can also be installed with it - thanks to a smaller contact surface, constructive wood protection is also guaranteed
Surfaces that are only exposed to higher loads at certain points can now be quickly and easily reinforced with the aluminium core
This allows the fitter to react to any load situation directly on site
