P&T EuroGrout expanding grout 02

EuroGrout is a ready-to-use dry mix made from high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN 197), natural round quartz aggregates (EN 12620) and approved concrete admixtures (approval number 0921-BPR-2009). Tested according to DAfStb guideline.

Properties:

becomes a highly flowable swelling mortar after the addition of water, which seals concrete cavities in a force-fit and self-levelling manner
develops high strengths, bearing damage to machines and aggregates is reduced and long downtimes are eliminated, the grouting mortar can be subjected to high loads just 24 hours after grouting (see strength table)
is resistant to frost, de-icing salt, crude oil and secondary products and is impermeable to water
is non-combustible in accordance with DIN 4102/EN 13501-1 fire class A1 and therefore suitable for fire protection grouting
is low in chromate in accordance with Directive 2003/53/EC and is approved for drinking water applications
has a low w/c ratio
is suitable for indoor and outdoor use

Area of application:

EuroGrout connects concrete with steel and prefabricated concrete parts with each other, force-fit, permanently and efficiently, e.g.
- Bases for steel columns, supports for machines or bridge bearings
- Workpieces such as fixators, anchors, pipe penetrations (e.g. in drinking water tanks) or other steel components
- Casting underneath railway tracks and crane rails as a slab track
- Joining prefabricated elements (construction joints, butt joints and bearing joints)
