P&T EuroGrout expanding grout 04

EuroGrout is a ready-to-use dry mix of high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN 197), naturally rounded quartz aggregates (EN 12620) and approved concrete admixtures. EuroGrout expanding grout mortars are tested in accordance with the DAfStb guideline.

Properties:

after the addition of water, it becomes a highly flowable swelling mortar that seals concrete cavities in a force-fit and self-levelling manner
develops high strengths, bearing damage to machines and aggregates is reduced and long downtimes are eliminated, the grouting mortar can be loaded again just 24 hours after grouting
is low in chromate in accordance with Directive 2003/53/EC and is approved for drinking water applications
fulfils the requirements of building material class A of DIN 13501 and is therefore suitable for fire protection grouting
flows excellently despite its low w/c ratio
is resistant to frost and de-icing salt and impermeable to water
is chloride-free

Area of application:

EuroGrout bonds concrete with steel and prefabricated concrete parts together, force-fit, permanently and efficiently, e.g.
- Grouting all types of joints in precast construction
- Grouting of prefabricated parts in civil engineering such as locks, retention basins and hoists
- Annular gap grouting for pipe penetrations in concrete construction
- Sealing openings and cavities in concrete
- Grouting bases for steel columns and bridge bearings
- Casting of supports and fixators in mechanical engineering
