P&T EuroGrout expanding grout 08

EuroGrout is a ready-to-use dry mix made from high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN 197), natural round quartz aggregates (EN 12620) and approved concrete admixtures. EuroGrout expanding grouting concretes are tested in accordance with the DAfStb guideline.

Properties:

becomes a highly flowable swelling concrete after the addition of water, which closes cavities in a force-fit and self-levelling manner
develops high strengths that enable rapid further assembly (see strength table)
round concrete aggregates guarantee low wear on screw conveyors during mechanical processing
is low in chromate in accordance with Directive 2003/53/EC and is approved for drinking water applications
fulfils the requirements of building material class A of DIN 13501 and is therefore suitable for fire protection mortaring
flows excellently despite its low w/c ratio
is resistant to frost and de-icing salt and impermeable to water
is chloride-free

Area of application:

EuroGrout grouting concrete connects concrete with steel and precast concrete parts with each other in a force-fit, durable and efficient manner, they are used to close larger volumes or gap widths, e.g:
- Grouting of butt joints and bed joints in precast construction and connecting rails in precast elements
- Grouting of prefabricated parts in civil engineering such as locks, retention basins and hoists
- Annular gap grouting for pipe penetrations in concrete construction
- Sealing openings and cavities in concrete
- Grouting bases for steel columns and bridge bearings
- Underpouring of concrete or steel floor slabs
