P&T EuroGrout fire protection mortar

EuroGrout fire protection mortar is a ready-to-use dry mixture of high-quality cement (DIN 1164/EN197) and naturally round, quartzitic aggregate. In accordance with DIN 4102-4 EN 13501-1 building material class A1 - non-combustible. Grain size 0-1 mm.

Properties:

has a controlled volumisation and does not shrink
has a plastic consistency and is stable even at greater construction heights
can be loaded just 2 days after filling
is low in chromate in accordance with Directive 2003/53/EC
round quartz aggregates ensure low worm wear when used mechanically
corresponds to mortar group III/M10 and MG III a
is chloride-free

Area of application:

for the fire protection mortaring of fire doors, pipe penetrations, ventilation ducts and fire dampers
for closing wall openings
for closing joints in prefabricated construction
Fire resistance class F90 is achieved with EuroGrout fire protection mortar (component test required)
