Product properties

• Chemical-resistant, resistant to many acids, alkalis, greases and oils.
• Impermeable to water and water vapour, protects moisture-sensitive substrates from moisture and water.
• Highly wear-resistant, resistant to rolling and abrasive loads, insensitive to high-pressure water jet cleaning.
• Crack-free hardening and shrinkage-free setting, very high flank adhesion.
• Frost and weather resistant, can be used universally indoors and outdoors.
• High mechanical strength, good flank adhesion, low modulus of elasticity, therefore superior to cementitious grouts.
• Smooth and easy to work with, for joint widths from 2 to 20 mm.
• Produces smooth, low-porosity joint surfaces that are easy to clean.
• Low odour, no odour nuisance during application.
• PCI Durapox NT contains only fine fillers and can be applied using the spray, slurry and trowel methods, depending on the addition of quartz sand.
• PCI Durapox NT plus contains binder resin with fillers and the hardener, no addition of further aggregates necessary.
• Tested according to DIN EN 12004: PCI Durapox NT and PCI Durapox NT plus comply with R2T.
• Resistant to thermal shock, with short-term exposure to steam jets.

• For chemical-resistant and waterproof laying and grouting of wall and floor coverings made of ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics and clinker on cement plasters, cement screeds and concrete.
• For ceramic coverings in breweries, dairies, cheese dairies, lemonade and fruit juice industries, canteen kitchens, butchers, slaughterhouses, fat processing industries, battery rooms, galvanising plants, dye works, bleaching plants, tanneries, paper factories, laboratories and hospitals.
• For laying and grouting ceramic coverings in swimming pools, thermal baths, brine baths and baths in hospitals as well as for ceramic coverings in shower facilities or wellness areas.
• For ceramic coverings in administrative buildings, hotels, schools, toilets, sewage treatment plants, sewers, livestock buildings and for surfaces exposed to de-icing salt.
