Ready to install: levelled and sanded

Material:

Aluminium profile connected with galvanised corner connectors
Snap lock with wire clip
Safety rope with carabiner
Impregnated plasterboard insert

Surface finish:

The surface of the door leaf has been levelled and sanded flat. Please treat the door leaf with care! We recommend impregnating the surface before painting. Please observe the processing instructions for paint/plaster.

Function:

Pressure on the closed door leaf unlocks the lock.
Springs push the unlocked door leaf out of the frame.
The flap can now be opened.

Ceiling installation:

After opening, the door leaf hangs loosely in the frame with the hinge brackets.
To remove, lift the door leaf slightly when open, then turn it to the diagonal and remove it downwards.

Wall installation:

Always install the flap so that the catch is at the top.
Open and remove the flap as for ceiling installation.

Safety:

All flaps are equipped with a safety cable. The safety cable must always be hooked in again after inspection work!

Painting, plaster application:

Please note when applying paint or plaster: The joint between the door leaf and frame must remain absolutely free. Dried paint or plaster residue in the joint will prevent proper functioning! Please remove the door leaf before painting and paint separately!

Assembly:

In the packaging you will find a screw set with protective caps and assembly instructions.
