POROTON® ceiling edge shell for the safe construction of the ceiling support in accordance with Eurocode 6 and Supplement 2 to DIN 4108. Insulation made of Neopor® WLG 032 impact sound insulation to absorb ceiling movements. Surface made of porous 15 mm thick brick shell as a homogeneous and secure plaster base. The ceiling edge shell is bonded to the top of the wall with POROTON® Dryfix adhesive or thin-bed mortar. The butt joints are also bonded. In the corner area, the ceiling edge formwork is cut at the desired angle and the cut edge is bonded. For external wall thicknesses of 42.5 and 49.0 cm, an additional insulation strip is inserted on site.
