SGW weber.tec Superflex D 24

weber.tec Superflex D 24 is a 2-component, fast-setting, bitumen-free thick coating. With general building inspectorate test certificate. Fulfils the test requirements for PMBC in accordance with DIN EN 15814 Table 1 in classes CB2-R3-W2A-C2A.

For waterproofing basements in contact with the ground in old and new buildings and foundations. For subsequent waterproofing on existing anionic bitumen layers. For waterproofing under screeds, as intermediate waterproofing of wet rooms, balconies that are not inhabited. Also for bonding polystyrene rigid foam boards.

Properties:

highly flexible, crack bridging of at least 2 mm
high dry residue > 95 %
1.1 mm fresh layer thickness results in approx. 1 mm dry layer
quickly rainproof, approx. 1.5 hours with 4 mm layer thickness
Protective panels can be bonded after just 4 hours
complete drying within 24 hours regardless of weather conditions
quickly impermeable to pressurised water, 1 bar after 24 hours
for all mineral substrates, does not require a plaster layer on masonry
can be plastered over, painted over, frost/de-icing salt resistant, UV-resistant
Surface, base and horizontal waterproofing, levelling filler and bonding bridge in one
enables basement and plinth waterproofing from a single mould
resistant to water corrosive to concrete up to the "highly corrosive" grade in accordance with DIN 4030

for external waterproofing in contact with the ground
for subsequent external waterproofing
especially for properties that are under time pressure
