Sikaflex®-11 FC+
Elastic 1-component sealant based on polyurethane

Sikaflex®-11 FC+ is an elastic 1-component polyurethane-based adhesive and sealant that cures to an elastomer when exposed to air humidity. It is suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Properties:
  • 1-component, ready to use
  • Solvent-free, fulfils EMICODE EC1PLUS R, very low emissions
  • Odourless
  • Flexible and elastic
  • Cures without bubbles
  • Excellent adhesion to standard building materials
  • Good mechanical resistance
  • Resistant to ageing and weathering
  • High tear resistance
  • Permissible total deformation 20%
  • Sandable
Area of application:
  • Suitable for many grouting and simple bonding applications
  • Applications as a sealant:
    • Used as a sealant for vertical and horizontal joints with low to medium movement absorption in wood and metal construction, air conditioning/ventilation, floor joints and many other applications
  • Application as an adhesive:
    • Can be used as a multi-purpose adhesive indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for the simple bonding of door thresholds, skirting boards, skirting boards, decorative boards and many prefabricated and other elements
