SikaScreed® HardTop-70

SikaScreed HardTop-70 is a cementitious, polymer-modified, fast-setting levelling mortar that can be quickly loaded and recoated from a layer thickness of 10 mm, with virtually shrinkage-free hardening, highest demands on abrasion and compressive strength for horizontal surfaces.

Properties:

Soft plasticised ready-mixed mortar with simple, tack-free application, also as a mono-finish coating
CM value of less than 2.0 mass % is achieved even with vapour-tight installation in any layer thickness thanks to complete internal water binding
Can be laid on a gradient Processing time of at least 25 minutes
Virtually shrinkage-free hardening in variable layer thicknesses
Very high flexural and compressive strengths
Rapid hardening for immediate use
High final strength
Extremely high abrasion resistance due to crystal quartz aggregates
Dynamically highly resilient floor levelling

Area of application:

Small-area repairs of highly stressed industrial coatings with rapid recoatability (2 hours) and fast utilisation (from 18 hours), especially with fluctuating thicknesses (low-shrinkage hardening), "SikaScreed®- Blitzformel". Small-area levelling of weathered outdoor areas such as terraces, arcades, concrete slabs, etc. for light mechanical loads. Quick-drying repairs in a bond or application as a floating screed replacement (CT C70 F8), which can be covered with all floor coverings after 18 hours.
